Why are there so many products for the treatment of a yeast infection, but not any for a urinary tract infection?

    there are products like Uristat which relieve pain but when it comes to curing the infection you need to drink lots of water. Take cranberry capsules (there is too much sugar in cranberry juice) nettle leaf tea helps a lot. Pills like uristat help a lot until you can cure the infection by flushing your system.
