Visit a medical supply shop, or your hospital pharmacy and purchase a supply of front hook/velcro fastener bras. It will probably be covered by your insurance.

My solution to that very same problem was sticking plaster on my nipples and going without...!

Just a passing thought, but if you're able to get away with it, maybe forego the bra and wear a very fitting firm but stretchy camisole type singlet. nothing to do up then :) sorta like wearing a teeshirt bra

try a front closing bra or a sports bra :)

i would suggest a sports crop-style top or the tops you can buy with the inbuilt shelf bra under your clothes, or a bikini (the top part) without the clips.
