Good question! Fastball is easier because the pitch speed is faster and will travel farther. A curveball relies on the hitter's power alone.
I would say the Bud guy who just sold his last beer is more easily walloped.....but not out of the park. He just needs to go get more beer.

A ball can be hit faster if it is projected without spin but it can be hit farther if it is projected with backspin.
