combining tylenol 3 & booze can shoot your liver due to the acetaminophen.
Codeine gets you high by converting to active opiates, the more potent of the two being morphine, but there is a cap on the conversion, your body will only convert so much- meaning taking more than a certain amnt isn't going to get you any higher, and tylenol is exceedingly hard on the liver as well- so abusing mixed opiate/acetaminophen drugs is never a good long term strategy for drug abuse. So.. if you're not opiate tolerant, a couple T3's will give you a buzz, but you take a chance on hepatotoxicity when you toss alcohol into the mix.

2 Tylenol 3s can indeed make you high. If you drink alcohol on top of that you could get into real bad trouble physically.

one time i took like 14 midol and it made me hella high, but the negative things are that i was REALLY paranoid and then about 45 minutes later i threw up in the bushes at school.

at first it was fun but i regret it now.
i would not personally suggest doing this, because to get high you have to overdose and alot of people don't know their limit.

Usually 2.5 gets people high, i know some of my friends do it and they usually do 2.5-3. I would say not to go over that because after that it could be extremly dangerous. I would say taking alchoal and t3's is very dangerous because it makes the effect stronger. Its not in your best intresest to drink as well. If you doing it just to relax and have fun dont drink to because you wont have fun. You will feel like you want it all to go away. I havent personally done it yet but a ton of friends are hold me. They all say t3's + Alchoal = Bad news

chances are before you get high off them, you'll experience acetaminophen overdose...which can be deadly.

Acetaminophen overdose is one of the most common poisonings worldwide. People often think that acetaminophen, a pain-relieving medicine, is extremely safe. However, it may be deadly if taken in large doses.

Symptoms of acetaminophen overdose:
* Abdominal pain
* Appetite loss
* Coma
* Convulsions
* Diarrhea
* Irritability
* Nausea
* Sweating
* Upset stomach
* Vomiting

Note: Symptoms may not occur until 12 or more hours after the acetaminophen was swallowed.

Tylenol 3 contains codine. MedicineNet.net says that "Codeine can impair thinking and the physical abilities required for driving or operating machinery. Alcohol and other sedatives... can produce further brain impairment and even confusion when combined with codeine. Therefore, alcohol and other sedative intake should be limited when taking codeine."

You should not overdose on codine. Even the recommended dose will get you a little high. Don't push it, though. It's not worth it.
