Add flavours to them (Irish cream, English toffee, Chocolate, etc.) and I bet it'd be a real hit! May need to modify the milk though to make it freeze properly.

    Frozen...milk?
What do I think? I think it makes me feel a bit sick :)

But then again, I hate coffee and milk.
So I might not be the best person to ask...

Instead of creating a whole new product you could just add a tiny bit of cold water after putting the milk in. Milk's refrigerated anyway so is already quite cold. I'm curious to know the difference in temparature between a cup with boling water, coffee and milk from a fridge compared with that from a freezer. It may make it cool down slightly quicker and slightly more but that would mean you'd have to drink your coffee slightly quicker. I woudn't go on Dragon's Den with this idea!

If people drink black coffee then this isn't aimed at them but doesn't stop it being a valid product. Like the way people without legs don't buy shoes. If, when someone came up with the idea for shoes, someone replied "what if you don't have legs"? I don't think they'd get invited to any more meetings.
