Get out the fire extinguisher! Sorry I have to laugh because I have one through them. I went to my doctor and he gave me hormones to take for a while and they helped!

hormone replacement therapy is full of hot air.
my sister went through menopause at 43 and the doctor perscribed a hormone replacement for 9 yrs till she turned 52. after the nine years she got off and the menopause came back with a vengance.
the doctor didn't tell her that the symptoms will come back alot worse for several years once your off the replacement, natural or synthetic therapy, it doesn't matter. boy my sister was mad. she had to go through this till she was 56. i believe to go au naturale. my symptoms are mild, i started menopause at age 42.
so, a new chapter is coming to an end and another one about to begin.

    Get younger.
    Or try Hormone replacement therapy.
Some women use extracts of different plants with good results. They didn't work for me.
I tried to tough it out, figuring that women have been dealing with it for eons, but I am a woose and MUST work to eat. The night sweats and hot flashes while dealing with customers had to be dealt with. So I began taking low dose estrogen. It helps. But it doesn't stop the darned things for me.
I also tried the vaginal estrogen creams. It helped locally, but didn't work on the broken thermostat.
Good luck. Talk with your doctor and do some searches online for info.
