  • It depends on state to state. Some states expunge it after 10 years after completion of sentence and parole. In Colorado, it stays on forever, unless you get the Governor's pardon (very unlikely without the right connections) or unless you were a juvenile and were convicted as a juvenile then it could be possibly besealed. So do not commit any felonies. Then you do not have to worry about your record.
