well it'sa because they don't have older brothers or sisters
to teach them well manners,vocabulary,how to dress lol
just ignore them if they annoy you
or get more mature friends

Somewhere along the line, our wants for possessions became more important than our needs for survival. Social status is no longer the strongest in the pack, now it is who has the most/latest toys.
