  • It depends on your criteria. Morally, our society has been in decline for decades. People no longer fear or reverence God. Children have no fear/respect for their parents, elders or authority figures. What was once unheard of on TV is now accepted and even expected. I could go on. Technologically, society is better. We have more productivity tools, automobiles and manufacturing processes than ever... Just my opinion...
  • I conceptualize it as like that child's game: "two steps forward, one step back.." sorta thing.
  • We are progressing, like mankind has since the dawn of our existence. To define better or worse is sentimental. Some people gain while others lose; some gain at the expense of others. This is how it has always been. There are those who would like to see an equal distribution of wealth. This is idealistic and totally unrealistic. Some people would work every day of their lives while others would not work at all, yet should everyone share equally? I feel it best that all work for the good of the commonwealth and hold those that lead responsible for maintaining continuity, national defense, and providing for the goodwill of it's citizens.
  • I have little faith in humanity as a whole, so according to my principles and morals, I think society will degrade and become worse as the years pass.
