I would say go to a docter and get help. Also don't ditch friends if they are worried about you, you will regret it.

I used to have bulimia pretty badly -- I've stopped throwing up, but I still go through periods of binging and starving myself. :/ My problem is, I don't really help it... but I did notice a pattern -- when I stay stressed out for a long period of time, I start going back to it more and don't want to quit, but when things get better, I'm more willing to work on it and my self image. So I guess the things that have helped me the most so far are understanding people and so on.
