Neither. I'd rather wear a canvas hat, something better for hiking or canoing. A baseball cap doesn't protect my neck and I wear a hat for protection.

I'm not a big hat person, I'd be more likely to go with a baseball cap than a flowery hat, though. I seldom wear hats, only when we go camping. Then it is a baseball type hat.

When I was a kid, I was inseparable from a sailor hat I had. I even wore it to bed. Now I can't stand anything on my head. Go figure.
