What is the best workout for your upper pecs?

    I always used an incline bench and used 2 dumbells. Change the angle for each set. I never used weight machines, they do not allow the muscles to develope a sense of balance. Example: I could only bench 220 lbs on the universal gym, but freeweights only 160 lbs.

    The fly exercises concentrate on the middle of your chest, the best exercise for the top of your chest would be the bench press, you can practice by doing push ups to start with and use light weights to get your muscles used to it.
