first of, if your not allergic to shrimp, then you probly wont have to be worried about shellfish because lobster isnt a fish...its a bug.

I see you can eat Crustations without having a reaction so, eating lobster- you shoyldn't have any problems. Crustation is any shell fish, be it lobster, crab, shrimp, crawfish, mussels, clams, oysters, limpets, turtles, conch (pronounced: conk)
