Could somone give me a answer on how to refresh my avatar in a more detailed format?

    Since you have changed your avatar, I am assuming you know how to do the upload and are just having a problem with the refresh. Once you have uploaded your new photo, and clicked the "save" button, you should be shown a screen with a red bar across it that says "your avatar has been updated". While on that screen, right click and "refresh" or "reload", whichever is appropriate for you browser. If it gives you a box that says something like "must resend blah blah blah...... just click OK. Your avatar should change immediately. If it is not doing this, use the "about us" link at the bottom of page and send an e-mail to the admin. e-mail address about the problem. I have changed mine twice while typing this answer using this procedure and it worked.
