I got angry over the phone with my girlfriend, for no reason at all. She then told me I have a sirious anger problem. Now I'm scared that she's right. I want it to stop, but I have no control. Help?

You have admitted that you could have a problem. I think that the next step is to seek professional help. Find a good, reputable anger management program in your area and signup. A professional can help you to better understand the root causes of your anger and give you help in controlling it.

Look, you are young, insecure, jealous and inexperienced in love. You get into an emotional and physical relationship that you are not prepared for. Your girlfriend has a drinking problem and then forgets you exist when she is plowed. Do yourself a big favor and find out who you are and what you want out of life. You are young for heavens sake, develop as person and then you can have a healthy relationship with a woman somewhere down the line.

You are the same guy with the issues about your girlfriend grinding other guys. It seems to me you have serious jealousy issues, and jealousy is nature but its your actions when your jealous that counts. About the anger problem, being able to control isn't easy, you'll think you can but you can't. When something angers you, you'll be anger and it will have no limit. You will say things you don't mean, and do things that you will regret. Seek professional help, that way not only are you helping yourself incredibly well, and becoming a better person. But, will also show your girlfriend how much you care and want to work things out, and she will feel a lot better, that your getting professional help. The first step is, knowing you have it. Don't just agree with your girlfriend just cuse she says so. You have to know your problem, in order to fix it. My hats off to you, good luck.
