Do you have something to show us this law change? if so, please post it. Silencers, on weapons, are illegal in all states. Are you sure you read this correctly?

Most likely because there is no point in making them illegal. Silencers are easy to make and readily available. Thus, if you are a criminal, the fact that they are illegal is not going to deter you.

he state of Kansas made it legal to purchase automatic weapons and suppressors so that Law Enforcement agencies could legally order them. As the laws stood prior to the new ruling, it made it impossible for gun dealers to order and import weapons & suppressors for LE. I live in Kansas. It was in the local Wichita newspaper over a year ago.
