  • All vegetables except carrots, beets, sweet peas and potatoes, oh and stay away from corn. All those have way too many carbohydrates. I personally like broccoli. To lower your triglycerides, eat less carbs and exercise more. You will be amazed at how quickly and how much your levels will fall. Hope this helps.
