Account sitting is when someone is allowing you to use their account by handing you their username and password.
Mostly used in cases of emergency but some do it for a variety of reasons

I learned about that from a game site I was on where it was allowed. They had to notify the staff. I stopped playing this online game becasue I got bored with it.
