I'm planning to use the method of applying teabags/cucumbers to my eyelids to reduce the appearence of bags under my eyes. When is the best time of day to apply them, and how often a day should I do it?

before going to bed.the best solution to your problem is
grate potato and apply it to your eyelids.keep for atleast 15 m ins.
