Well first I wouldn't say they are forcing it on anyone, you still have personal choice, they are just trying to give everyone the opportunity to eat meat without murder. I would definitly (if it was deemed safe and tasty) choose to eat in vitro meat because it would be much better for the environment and eliminate the terrible cruelties that animals raised for food endure. I don't actually eat meat anyways but hopefully this would encourage meat eaters to choose more humane meat products.
