In the Preamble to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors(R), the very first line:
"Under all is the land . . ."
(MY personal thought: Yes, even under the deepest part of any ocean there IS land.)
Here are a few examples:
Municipal park.
The area where the municipality stores it's lawnmowers and public property maintenance equipment.
City hall or the municipal building.
The land the police department is on.

I have an eviction on my credit and I am trying to get an apartment. A close friend told me that if I dispute something on my credit report it is required by law to not be visible to any leasing office that pulls my credit for 30 days. Is this true?

How can you get someones name off of your deed if you cant find that person or get him to sign anything? We were scammed and this guy has his name on our deed along with mine.
