You're reading I really want to get more flexible in my back and I want to be able to do the splits. What should I do so I can do this?

Do you know anything helpful for achieving square splits? Because I technically have right, left and centre splits, but my hips are not totally square, and it's difficult to be pushing yourself up (so that you don't go into incorrect splits) and pushing yourself down (trying to push your square splits) at the same time. In addition, do you know anything about oversplits?
I know I'm asking a bit much, but I liked your answer, and if you know anythign else, I'd love to know it too:)
