What would be the relation be between my children and my cousin's husband step brother's children? I know there's no legal but what would they be?

    no relationship at all, they are not legaly binded, a step-relationship is not seen as a family relationship in court, only when someone decides to put all members in a will of law, then it gets complicated, then they would be classed as the third party, third step cousins
