Whats the best way to make your temperature rise on the thermometer? (faking it to get out of school/work)

Some use a hair dryer (although it's noisy) or touch the end (that goes into your mouth) to a light bulb. Remember that: 1. Don't let the end get too hot (to the touch) before putting it back in your mouth! (ouch!!) :oP and 2. Don't let the temperature get TOO HIGH before showing that person you're trying to fool. They will either know you're faking it or they'll rush you to the ER! Normal temperature is 98.8... you don't want to go over 101, really. Oh, and if you're a bit clammy and a tiny bit sweaty, that helps. (try running around your room for a minute or two. Btw - we all know that you're trying to get out of school... adults don't have to fake a temperature on a thermometer to get out of work. ;o) Hope it's worth it!

well i have to use an ear thermometer so i .. suprisingly will blow dry the inside of my ear , or touch it to a light bulb. it works every single time. anything to get out of my dreaded school. goodluck<3
