  • If you're 5'5, 62 kg is pretty much what you should weigh. If you think you're chubby you could try a workout that converts fat to muscle, but you really shouldn't weigh much less than 60 kg.
  • skipping is the best way to lose excess fat 30 minutes a day is hard as F*&^ but its well worth it ten mins of skipping fats is like 30 mins on a bike oh and dont eat bad eat like negative calorie foods
