Are you living your life in the past, present, or future? I have stopped living in the past and am so much happier living for the present.

    My mum died recently, so presently I am living in the past, everything seems so surreal. Soon I'll be back in the land of the living. I'm sure my holiday with my grandchildren will help speed the healing process.
