    Yes, Aryas belong to Kumaon, not only to Nainital region but also to other districts as well. Aryas do not belong to lower caste. There are four castes in the world, Brahims who lead the society, Kshatriyas who proctect the society, Vyasyas who provide all needy things to society and the last one the most important casts Shudras who are the makers of everything. In our body our hands are the makers of everything for us but will you identify them as shudras. Aryas are the artmen. I know several people from Kumaon region who belong to brahim, kshatriya, and vyasya castes and do all kinds of work in cities like; cleaning, cooking, driving, guarding, and I also know several people from Kumaon region who belong to Shudra castes and are sitting on high posts like chairman, president, managers, executive officers and doctors running businesses big or small, even in teaching college students. It is pitty to see that after becoming teacher, lawyer, doctor people still call themselves from lower castes.
