I would say highly unlikely and would add a big "why would you want to do that?". Surely if you want to get pregnant you should just have sex without the condom!

Sperm cells die rather quickly and even more quickly when exposed to air. Using a condom with sperm from a previous ejaculation will not cause pregnancy to occur. Although using a condom twice will increase the chance the condom will fail on the second attempt, as they become weaker. If your trying to become pregnant, why is a condom being used? This method will decrease your chances by 97%. Here is a little inside information that should concern you if by chance you are trying to start a family. Sperm calls are very small but does not mean they can not be damaged causing them to become useless in fertilization purposes. Using a condom and allowing it to break and releasing your sperm will damage many of the cells also decreasing your chances of becoming pregnant. For someone wanting to become pregnant your doing everything in your power to prevent it for happening. Lose the condom

Most condoms contain spermocide. So I don't think it is likely. But there is always a chance. :)

If you're trying to get pregnant, then why are you using condoms?! You shouldn't be using any contraceptives.
