When someone posti trolls, do they actually look to see why the person has a negative rating?

How can they look to see why, since usually whenever negative points are given, the giver is to coward to say why?

Normally I think people don't. I know when anyone complains about being trolled, I look to see how many neg points they got and on what answers/questions. If all their negative points are on one answer or question, that just meant that the Q/A was not a good one or offensive... but if it is all over the place with no pattern, I will uprate.
