Help answer this question below.

I've had a Macaw parrot for awhile now and we just got a complaint from our neighbor that it's too loud. The parrot only makes noise around 4 or 5pm. Can the HOA force me to get rid of my parrot?

    I don't know, but your neighbors must hate you. It's rude to have a loud animal.
