Question

Help answer this question below.

I made boiled eggs today, put them in the fridge, and have now opened one to find the yolk runny. Can I eat them as-is, or do I boil them again for another minute? Or are they garbage now?

Either eat them that way or try boiling them a little more but not for very long as long as you haven't peeled them all yet. You could try boiling some water and placing the eggs in there and just letting them sit for 10-15 minutes.

You were aiming to hard boil them so you must have cooked them for atleast 5 mts.

Go ahead and eat it. Its a soft boiled egg. a favorite of my late father's.

Boil them again for 4 or 5 minutes. I've done it many times. They will be fine.

Mmmmm that is the way I like them. Eat them as is, or boil them for a bit longer.
