Generation Y, the generation that comes after my generation (Gen X) and also the generation that I'm more fit to be. I would be 10 years older than you, but I get along better with people in their early 20s. And be glad, you weren't born in the Me Generation. This generation is despicable. They hold all the tools to succeed and still they're lazy to the point of uselessness. Well, not all of them.

Well it' because there was a Baby Boom that happened before this baby boom, and I guess they just decided to call this one the Me Generation because the Second Baby Boom just sounds stupid. Besides, it accurately describes the general common attitude (key word here being "general") of that generation.
