Not that I know of. There are HD DVR's on the market, though, which will record both analog and digital video. I expect that someday soon there will be blue ray recorders that can record HD and analog video to blue ray disks.
I have a Samsung VCR which plays tapes properly except for 1 tape. It shows up with a blue screen

You're reading Are there any VCRs on the market that will receive and record in both digital and analog signals? The old VCR that I bought 5 years ago would only tune into analog signals.
