Do you think it is right of Texas state law to take the kids from there legal mothers..in that polygamy case? do you think the kids will just suffer more...

Yes. The children were subjected to abuse in their homes (minors being forced to have sex with older men, etc) It is very sad overall, though, and I do feel sorry for the children and mothers.
