Don't ask me how many, but it has to be either the Pawtucket Red Sox or the Rochester Red Wings in 1981. They played a 33 inning game (the sox won 3-2). Pawtucket had more at-bats, so the reasonable answer would be Rochester. FACT: Wade Boggs and Cal Ripkin Jr. both played in that game (Jr. was on Rochester, Boggs on Pawtucket)
