    a solid cam'the lifters don't bleed down so you have to have clearance between the rocker an the valve stem' hydrolic, the rockers are adjustable also' but the lifter will bleed down if the preasure get to great on the pushrod'an the roller it has a round pin roller at the bottom of the lifter as it rolls over the cam it has less ware .
