Yes. The contact between the keeper and the stumps is irrelevant to the validity of the catch. Incidentally, if the contact between the keeper and the stumps satisfied all the conditions for a stumping or a run out, the batsman is still out caught, because caught takes precedence over all other forms of dismissal except bowled.
