i have a ring in my back yard... its a trampoline one but it works fine... and all i did was look at some peoples rings on you tube and stuff and put some other stuff together on my own idea. this will work on a regular ring to but if u want a ring go with a trampoline one it more fun (i think) and its cheaper... How To Make A Trampoline Ring: Get a 14 foot trampoline. Take 8 of the netting bars and connect them in pairs of two so u should have 4 long poles. Now put each one on the supports of the trampoline in a sqaure. to hold them down i just duct taped them down tight. it works. then get about 120 feet of rope. take some and make 3 tight rings around the pole how ever far apart u want ur ropes. nor squeeze a trampoline sring in each one. now get a metal ring u can buy from Lowes or somewhere. on hook them on the other end of the spring. then u can do 2 diff things. 1 jut run the rope through all the rings and tie ad be done. or 2 this way is the way i did it take the rope and feed about 3 inches of it through the ring then duct tape the 3 inches to the rest of the rope. then do the same ont he other side only cut it so u have that on part done and the rest of the rope seperate. do this for all the ropes and make sure there tight. thats most likley the cheapest way... or instead of springs the 2nd smallest ( i think) bungee cord would work.. just wrap it around the post so u have the two hook ends on the inside of the ring. and hook the metal ring in there. if u make thiss ring i hope u like it. and have fun!

I think you should go to google for this one instead of wrestling on a trampoline. If you wanna wrestle on something a bit harder, I saw some good prints with tires as 'springs' and some wooden pieces as the ring floor and layers of carpet or foam mat as the mat.

Hey i build one so i ould know. Get 4 5 - 6 ft l or y steaks. Then hammer them in to the ground about 12 ft spread out. Then get 12 trampoline springs and atach them every couple of holes. then get 15 feet rope and slide it in each spring and tie then to the end of the spring. Then put some mattresses and cover it with tarp and if you want turnbuckle pads made out of foam. I did it and its great. Hope it helps.
