Tubular Bells!
the coolest, most impressive song for you to learn would be a piece of your own composure. As when people ask for you to play for them they will want to hear something impressive. Yet all great composers have probably looked for a piece to show off their talent but in the end the piece they found to do so was composed by themselve. I myself find difficulty not an issue so i have looked long and hard for a piece that i may find challenging but yet something i enjoy playing. You can create a piece that you can enjoy playing, impress others, be incredibley challenging for yourself by creating a piece that you yourself are proud of. That in itself is probably the most difficult and most impressive piece you will play.
good luck
