On Microsoft Word on Vista, how do you get rid of the line skip when you press enter?

Enter is considered a new paragraph. Click on the Libe Spacing icon in the Paragraph section on the HOME menu. Change the line spacing to 1.0 and click remove the space after paragraph.

Your line spacing must be set at 2.0. Change it back to 1.0.
