Grind my teeth and go GRRRR. Most of the time, especially if I don't have an outlet or a way to fix the source of my stress, I'll just short circuit and go to sleep

I like to lie in bed and watch TV and hope everything takes care of itself. It isn't very productive.

I love to just kick back and chill just get some Me time in, and then once I'd taken a step back from the "Stress Factor" I'll go back and deal with it.

I must admit that I do the same, although my main motivator is depression (which I can depend on occuring every winter, a few weeks after Christmas). I find that a change in scenery causes for such a mental change that it can temporarily alleviate the symptoms of my seasonal depression, at least temporarily. Living in the same surroundings can really be a buzz-kill I find. It may not be a complete solution, but it sure is a start!

    intense cleaning, long runs
also random internet surfing, and posting far too much on forums!

also find that online games help, especially logic based games, as you can concentrate hard on them and lose yourself a bit

usually find playing the piano helps (i've played since i was 6), but i live in student accommodation at the moment and don't have one :(

I either eat junk food, rearrange furniture, or play a video game, depending on my energy level.
