What can I use to quickly get rid of occasional breakouts on my chest?

    If I wipe the area with rubbing alcohol on a cotton
    pad, after I get out of the bath and scrub it while
    in the bath with a gentle scrub brush and soap, it
    usually keeps everything in check.

    first u need to consult a dermatologist to know what is causing this. or u can have a hot bath adding tulsi & neem leaves in the water. dust yourself with talcum powder
