Chew fresh Parsley tastes awful but does the job.

If you have a wedge of lemon it will take out the smell and taste, adn it will rid the taste from your hands too if you were cutting garlic.

Chewing parsley or taking parsley tabs sometimes works. Or try chewing cardamom seed pods. However if you eat lots of garlic and it's coming from your pores, you're out of luck:-)

A half teaspoon of baking soda in half a glass of water will kill the smell coming from your stomach. Listerine will kill the odors coming from your mouth, after you brush your teeth.

Simple answer: cut back on the garlic. I love the flavor of garlic, but when I need good breath to impress a lady, I ease off the garlic. I go weeks without it sometimes. If I'm showing off by cooking something for a lady, I just use less garlic than usual for myself.

I pull the the inner "root" of the garlic out before I cook with the garlic -- that's the bit that turns green when the garlic starts to sprout -- it seems to keep my breath clear of garlic breath.

Anything with chlorphylle (parsley). Floss and brush. Raw garlic produces more bad oder, but is better for you health wise. FEED GARLIC TO YOUR FRIENDS!!!

Chew Dill or Caraway seeds, or Cilantro leaves or their seeds which is called Coriander. Chinese Parsley will work also but regular Parsley in large doses can be hard on the kidneys, so if you are eating it every night over time it could have a negative effect. Especially if you have an underlying kidney problem or you are a heavy drinker. I hope you enjoyed this I actually pulled out my herb journal to pull out all your natural options.
