kenistetic (did i even spell that right?) learning. its how a lot of deaf people learn how to do things. just take sign language for example.

Deaf people can't hear sounds true enough but they do feel the vibrations. I knew a deaf girl in school who seemed to be enjoying some music and asked her how it was possible and she said the vibrations is how she enjoyed music. So I would guess vibrations helps them learn as well.

Music has its basics in mathematics..I would guess that someone could learn the math...seriously:)
