I wear my wrist watch so the face is on the inside of my left wrist. How do you wear your watch?

I bought a loose one. So it just depends, but I wear mine on my right hand.

Inside wrist every time

On the outside. I don't want to smash or scratch the face everytime I put my hands down on a table or something.

I wear mine with the crystal on the inside of my wrist to protect it from damage. I learned this from my father who explained to me that this was the practice for pilots. Aircraft cockpits being rather tight the crystal would be damaged if worn on the outside.
