i'm not sure, but i know it's good for your eyes to do eye excersises. keeps them able to move better.

a good way to stabilize it (meaning it stays where it is) but not reduce it is by wearing contact lenses to correct your vision instead of glasses.

Not only is it possible to reduce myopia doing eye exercises, but you can fully correct it back to perfect again too. You'll find some good exercises on my website here: http://cureyoureyes.com/blog And they are all over the web as well. It's important to undertand though that the key to restoring eyesight lays in the understanding of the problem, which is tensed eye muscles that need relaxing, and that's what improves eyesight, not the eye exercises.

I would agree with most of the answers above. The eye exercises are meant to relax the eye muscles (funny how that works). The exercises also encourage you to move your eyes in ways that daily use is not capable of doing. If you're looking for actual people who've reduced their myopia, you could look through this page: http://www.success-stories.improve-your-eyesight-naturally.com Good luck
