I purchased a new car from a dealer in South Carolina, I paid in credit card $3200 and the rest of it in a loan. How do I register the new car in my name?

If you purchased the car new, the dealer is required to submit all license paperwork.

But the dealer is from SC and Im from NC , and I didnt paid taxes and all that , Im not sure how to do it , Please help me , Im afraid I cant register the car cuz I did mistake and now I dont have the title cuz the bank holding it (not yet).
