  • G'day Symbeline, Thank you for your question. Quite possibly. It certainly would be if you expressed your anger physically against others or even yourself. Regards
  • Hi, I know you might scoff at this answer. But try lifting weights. Work out. It will REALLY calm you down. I had the same problem and this works for me. Also saying prayers.
  • If there really is "no reason", then something's wrong. I think maybe it's more likely that there are reasons you have anger, but they just have never been confronted or dealt with. Carrying around anger like that, regardless of the reason, is unhealthy. You could try speaking to a counselor or a therapist, for many people it definitely helps to have an objective and impartial viewpoint about their own problems. You could also try exercising, running, biking, kickboxing, whatever physical activity helps you express your anger in a healthy way. I wish you the best, you're too nice of a person to feel angry all the time. :)
  • I feel the same why sometimes but I don't think we need professional help we just need to find a remedy. Like love, hobbies, something that makes life worth living.
  • I would say its because of the SAD on top of your head, do me a favor, and turn that frown upside down, even just for a few... I got your back, Im here for ya!
