Can a second degree official misconduct felon hold any type of license and if so what types?

The securities industry (stockbroker, etc) allow almost anything as long as you disclose it with the company and the SEC. Disclosure, disclosure, disclosure is the name of the game. Most comapnies would hire you if you didn't murder, steal large amounts, rape, assualt the public, etc. if you could supply documents stating you are sorry for what you have done and are not likely to re-offend.
