hopefully this is something you've spoken with your doctor about....you need to make sure that you don't have a testical that hasn't decended
if not.....this will not be a physically limiting problem for you regarding sexual activity or reproduction; plastic surgery is always an option if you desire that route.....it's done all the time~

Just keep hanging in there! Are you sure the other isn't up inside your body and never decended into your scrotum? When you're born they usually are both inside your body for protection. They later decend into the scrotum. Sometimes only one does. If one or both don't decend they should be surgically lowered because there is a risk of cancer.
And if you do only have one: You can be just as active and reproductive as others. The sperm is stored until it is needed, so there probably is sufficent to have as many children as you want.

If this is an embarrassment you should see your doctor and ask him about an artificial implant. It can be done on an out-patient basis. The artificial testis come in various sizes, so you can choose whichever you think best.

Well I had a dog that only had one nut, The vet said it may one day fall into the sack because he thought it may be stuck in his ass. Well that day never came, So he still has one nut just like you. He does not go around writting the world about it, but he does show the world and thats the only thing you should do. Show everyone you can and dont be ashamed. your one nut is special because its the only one you have.
